Why Should I Drill?

Drilling is the best way to improve consistency and develop your shots through high quality repetition. Being good at pickleball isn’t just about knowing how to hit each shot, it’s solidifying them in your muscle memory so that you can hit it high quality shots consistently.

Sample Drilling Outlines

Each outline centers around a specific skill and was written by a different coach!

    1. Dynamic Warmup (quick jog and stretch)

    2. Warmup dinks down the line

    3. Warm up dinks cross court

    4. Warmup volleys down the line
